Sambhal Agritech Farmers Producer Company Limited is a Farmers Producer Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. The Company has been established to promote the collective economic interests and welfare of its producer members through agriculture, horticulture and allied activities.

The Company seeks to strengthen producer livelihoods by facilitating improved access to agricultural inputs, knowledge, technology, infrastructure, value addition and markets. A Collective Vision for Stronger Farmers

Agriculture is central to the social and economic development of rural communities. Farmers, however, often face challenges related to access to quality inputs, technical knowledge, technology, infrastructure, processing facilities and markets. Sambhal Agritech seeks to address these challenges by facilitating collective action and creating stronger linkages between farmers and opportunities.

What We Do

Agriculture and Horticulture

The Company proposes to undertake and facilitate the production, procurement, aggregation and development of agricultural and horticultural produce, including cereals, pulses, oilseeds, millets, fibre crops, vegetables, medicinal and aromatic crops, spices and other allied agricultural produce, in accordance with applicable laws and the Company’s authorised objects.

Aggregation, Processing and Marketing of Agricultural Produce

We facilitate collective approaches to procurement and aggregation, storage, grading, sorting, processing, packaging, distribution and marketing of agricultural and allied produce and value-added products. Through collective action and appropriate market linkages, we seek to improve market access and value realisation for producer members.

Agricultural Inputs and Farm Equipment

We propose to facilitate access to agricultural inputs and consumables, including seeds, growth promoters, manure, fertilisers, permitted crop-protection inputs, farm implements, animal feed and other permitted agricultural inputs. Access to farm machinery, equipment and related services may also be facilitated for producer members, subject to applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Organic and Sustainable Agriculture

We promote sustainable and, where applicable, organic agricultural practices. Our approach combines traditional knowledge with appropriate modern scientific and technological methods to support productive, resource-efficient and resilient agriculture.

Agro and Food Processing

We seek to facilitate appropriate agro- and food-processing infrastructure and value-addition initiatives, including milling, oil processing and other processing facilities that can improve the utilisation, shelf life, quality and marketability of agricultural produce.

Farmer Capacity Building

We seek to strengthen the knowledge and capacities of producer members in sustainable production, reduction of cultivation costs, productivity enhancement, aggregation, product development, market intelligence, technology adoption, financial management, e-commerce, direct selling, technical marketing and value-chain integration.

Agricultural Extension, Training and Research

We may undertake and facilitate agricultural extension, training, education, skill development and capacity-building programmes. Our initiatives may include training facilities, workshops, demonstration units, knowledge resources and other appropriate learning and technical support platforms.

Agricultural Infrastructure

We propose to facilitate agricultural infrastructure such as godowns, warehouses, collection and aggregation centres, storage facilities, processing units, agro-malls, showrooms, retail outlets, laboratories and other infrastructure required to strengthen agricultural value chains.

Market Linkages and E-Commerce

We seek to strengthen market access through collective marketing, direct selling, institutional marketing, digital platforms, e-commerce and other appropriate channels, with the objective of improving market opportunities and enhancing returns for producer members.

Government and Institutional Collaboration

Where permissible under applicable law, we may work as a resource agency, implementing partner or service provider for suitable programmes and schemes. We seek to collaborate with government departments, research and academic institutions, financial institutions and other organisations to facilitate access to knowledge, technology, finance, subsidies, grants, insurance and other support services.
